Kickboxing is for everyone…

Yes, especially you!

We see you eyeing us up - wondering whether you’d be good enough, worried about getting kicked and punched, and thinking ‘I’m not flexible enough to get my leg up there!’.

There’s no need to worry! It’s not as brutal and scary as you might think.

You’ll start your learning journey using pads, so we can assure you, you’re not about to get ‘beaten up’ in a class!

Our kickboxing classes combine the techniques used in Muay Thai, Taekwondo and boxing for a fully rounded experience.

Whether you’re completely new to the sport or already have experience, we cater for all fitness levels. Our certified coaches provide personalised attention to ensure you learn at a comfortable pace.

You’ll learn from the ground up, combining mental agility, control and discipline with physical skills to bring out the best version of yourself.

What to expect

Progression
opportunities

Gradings are run 3-4 times per year and all members are encouraged to work towards their first or next belt.

As you make progress in confidence and technique, we’ll introduce you to sparring drills, allowing you to put your new skills into practice.

Kickboxing is a full body and mind workout for all abilities - you don’t need to be fit to join. We support you no matter where you are in your fitness journey, and you’ll see progress with every class you attend.

“I’m worried about getting hurt or fighting”

Your safety is our number one priority. We teach you the proper techniques to build your confidence and abilities.

“I’m nervous about starting with no experience”

We run dedicated beginners classes where you’ll meet other people at the same stage as you. Remember, all of us started with no experience and we’re committed to guiding your success.
